Problem: As CMC cannot hire a TPR specialist, employees need to equally share the responsibility of timely TPR. Needs analysis has shown that there is a knowledge and skill gap regarding the mechanism and process of TPR keeping some team members from performing this duty. If this need is not addressed, there is potential for creating uncomfortable personal situations, in turn disrupting the workplace culture and morale.
Solution: Create a training video to address the knowledge and skill gaps.

Solution: Create a course developed with the framework of the 4-step news and media literacy method, S.I.F.T. : Stop, Investigate, Find, Trace.

Problem: A well established manufacturer of Hypochlorous Acid (Electrolyzed Water) disinfection solutions for the Medical industry is launching a consumer grade product. Hypochlorous Acid is not well known in the consumer sector, and a marketing campaign will be launched to create familiarity among consumers with its unique science and versatility. Therefore the marketing team will need to understand it first to effectively market to the target consumer.
Solution: Create a training module as an initial introduction for new Wonder Water marketing team members to cover background, uses and benefits of Hypochlorous Acid. This is the first module in a larger marketing training.
